Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Curd Your Enthusiasm app (the "app"), operated by Fallai Digital Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Acceptable use
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or spam, and not to misuse or disrupt the service.
5. Moderation, reporting & enforcement
We use automated (AI) and manual moderation. Users can report content (such as photos) within the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or ban users who violate these Terms. We act on objectionable-content reports and remove violating material.
6. Automated moderation
Photo moderation is automated and imperfect. Approval of content is not an endorsement, and we may remove any content at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time by emailing us.
8. Disclaimers
The app and all user-contributed information (including locations, cheese curds, and reviews) are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fallai Digital Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Apple App Store
If you use the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
