Curd Your Enthusiasm (the "app") is operated by Fallai Digital Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and chosen username when you create an account.
- Content you create — reviews, ratings, photos, profile picture, and the locations and cheese curds you add.
- Location — when you use map search or "near me," and only with your permission, we use your device location to find nearby spots. You can revoke this anytime in iOS Settings.
- Device & log data — standard technical data such as IP address and server request logs, used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the app and your account.
- To authenticate you and send transactional email (e.g., account confirmation and password reset).
- To moderate uploaded photos using automated (AI) review for appropriateness before they appear publicly.
- To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of service providers to run the app, and share data with them only for that purpose:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- OpenAI — automated image moderation. Photos you upload are sent to OpenAI for automated review.
- Resend — sending transactional email.
- Render — backend/API hosting.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell personal information. We disclose data only to the processors above to operate the service, or when required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. To delete your account or data, email [email protected] and we will process your request.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us, and you can revoke location access in iOS Settings at any time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
